On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the GS Club “Fahrerlager” met for their winter meeting at the Waldhaus zur Alten Tram in Straßlach-Dingharting – what an evening!
Reception on the terrace: atmosphere with nature park, stylish main house and clear winter air.
To begin, everyone enjoyed delicious appetizers and drinks outdoors. A surprise for each participant: a commemorative mug with the club logo. Between drinks, canapés, and lively conversation, there was plenty of laughter and anticipation for the rest of the evening.
Afterwards, everyone moved to the hall where a lavish buffet with main courses, desserts, and vegetarian options had been prepared. During the meal, film clips were shown featuring highlights from the club year 2025: impressions from the summer festival, the 10th anniversary celebration, the visit to Givi, the LGKS tour through the Maritime Alps, and the great adventure in Kyrgyzstan.
This was followed by an overview of the planned tours and events for 2026 – from a tour of the Eifel region to another trip to Kyrgyzstan and on to Iceland. The enthusiasm for new tours, unfamiliar roads, and shared miles was palpable everywhere.
The subsequent torchlight hike was a truly special experience. The wintry scenery created a magical atmosphere.
A highlight of the evening was the impressive fireworks display, made possible by the efforts of our club members. Romantic atmosphere included.
The evening ended in a cheerful atmosphere. Our club thrives on camaraderie, commitment, and a shared passion for motorcycling. Those who attended experienced a successful event and another chapter in the club's history, all within a special winter setting.
Evenings like these demonstrate the strong sense of community we have within the club. It is precisely these moments that define the GS Club "paddock".
A heartfelt thank you to all the helpers – without you this winter meeting would only have been half as magical.
